Songs from the 60s

Talkin' bout my generation

Sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll. Are we missing anything? The 60s was an incredibly important era culturally and politically (think Martin Luther King, JFK, second-wave feminism, Andy Warhol).

But musically? Musically, it was something else entirely. We had The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Who, The Doors, Rolling Stones and... What else? Oh yeah, to close it all out, in 1969, humans first set foot on the moon, then Woodstock saw more than 400,000 people enter another dimension entirely.

Here's just a taste of what made the 1960s such an influential decade in music.
