We understand how important it is to stay connected, especially now. Good hearing is essential to help you stay in touch with your family, friends and community.
We also understand it might not always be possible to visit one of our clinics. That’s why we are extending our services to be able to support you from the comfort of your own home.
We are happy to help, even if you are not a current National Hearing Care client.
We welcome you to visit any one of our clinics but if you prefer over the phone care, our Hearing Care Support Hotline can offer the following remote services:
- Renew your maintenance plans directly over the phone
- Conduct a remote check-up with one of our expert audiologists
- Arrange to have new batteries mailed to your home
