Terms and Conditions
1. Coupons are available to National Hearing Care (NHC) Clients for use by Friends of NHC Clients.
2. A Client is someone who has previously attended an appointment at National Hearing Care.
3. A Friend is an individual who is not already a Client of NHC and is over the age of 50.
4. Coupons are available from NHC clinics and must be redeemed by 30 September 2017.
5. A Coupon can only be redeemed once.
6. A Client of NHC will only receive a reward, should the Coupon be redeemed by a Friend when attending an appointment at an NHC clinic. The Friend must book and attend an appointment with NHC before 30 September 2017.
7. A Coupon is not redeemable for cash.
8. Coupons are not available to be issued to or redeemed by National Hearing Care employees or their immediate family (parents/children/spouses).
9. The reward will be posted to the Friend and the Client within 10 working days once the screening Appointment has been completed. National Hearing Care takes no responsibility should the reward be lost in the mail or the contact details of the Client and/or Friend are not correct.
10. Usage of the reward is subject to the conditions of the chosen supplier.
11. National Hearing Care reserves the right to change the reward without notice or terminate or extend the program at a timing of its choosing without notification
