Throughout the period 1 November to 31 January 2020, Amplifon is offering the following promotions. These promotions cannot be used with any other additional promotion that is not outlined below and cannot be redeemed for cash.

These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions that apply to all promotions (directly below), as well as terms and conditions which apply to each individual promotion.
General terms and conditions
To be eligible for these promotions, client payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting
Hearing aids must be ordered between 1 November 2019 to 31 January 2020
Offers valid for binaural and monaural purchase of hearing aids
Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased
To the extent permitted by law, Amplifon can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time
The promotions are not available to Amplifon employees in combination with existing benefits
(1) 70% off the second hearing aid
To qualify, the HUMM VIP Member must have received a letter addressed to the person
The HUMM VIP Member can share the 70% off voucher with a family member or friend
70% off is on the second hearing aid purchased in a pair (binaural purchases only) – discount cannot be transferred to a second person
No discount applies to monaural purchases
Discount offer is available on all hearing aids within the Smart – Excellence ranges
Hearing aids must be ordered between 1 November 2019 to 31 January 2020 from Amplifon clinics. Customers must have been fitted with the hearing device/s by 21 February 2020
Discount offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer
Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be provided a fully funded hearing aid by the Government. For customers eligible under the Hearing Services Program, 70% discount applies to the total price, if the customer decides to top up and purchase a hearing device from the Smart – Excellence ranges.
(2) Free assessment for Humm VIP Members
Amplifon is offering free hearing assessments to HUMM VIP Members
To qualify, the client must have received a letter from HUMM
The HUMM VIP Member can share their free voucher with a family member or a friend that is 50 years and over
The client must have booked and completed a free assessment on or before 5:00pm 31 January 2020
The free assessment is only available for people 50 years and over
The free assessment is to the value of $50
Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded the appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.
